Cliffco Leverage DPA Program
We are very excited to have recently launched the The Cliffco Leverage Down Payment Assistance program. This program is available in all states except New York and Washington and has NO First-Time Homebuyer requirement. First lien is an FHA mortgage with up to 96.50%* financing and second Lien with up to 3.50%* as down payment assistance loan. Minimum credit score is 600 and follows HUD county loan limits. Homebuyer education is required and is free to Cliffco borrowers.
*Financing percentage based upon lesser of sales price or appraised value.
