Cliffco Leverage DPA Program

The Cliffco Leverage Down Payment Assistance program is available in all states except New York and Washington and has NO First-Time Homebuyer requirement. First lien is an FHA mortgage with up to 96.50%* financing and second Lien with up to 3.50%* as down payment assistance loan. Minimum credit score is 600 and follows HUD county loan limits. Homebuyer education is required and is free to Cliffco borrowers.  

*Financing percentage based upon lesser of sales price or appraised value. Available for all states except NY and WA.
