Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Non-QM Processor with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all Non-QM product types, including but not limited to Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), Bank Statement, Non-Warrantable Condo loans, and Profit & Loss (P&L) statement analysis. Proficiency in Encompass is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Process all types of Non-QM loans.
• Liaise with clients and help them choose the right loan product.
• Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans.
• Coordinate with underwriters and loan officers.
• Ensure all client loans are processed on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Non-QM processing.
• Proficient in Encompass.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Non-QM product types.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
