Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Non-QM Underwriter with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should have a deep understanding of all Non-QM product types, including but not limited to Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), Bank Statement, Non-Warrantable Condo loans, and Profit & Loss (P&L) statement analysis. Candidate should also be proficient in manually underwriting to multiple sets of guidelines. Proficiency in Encompass is required.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and verify loan applications to determine investor specific eligibility.
• Analyze financial data and employment records.
• Review and verify accuracy of all loan documents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with loan officers and processors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Non-QM underwriting.
• Proficient in Encompass.
• In-depth knowledge of Non-QM product types.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
