I have been helping people with their lending needs since 2020. During the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, marked the end of my career in the retail mobile communications business.  It was a sad end to 10 exciting years of being in the retail business but also an exciting time to enter a new venture.  Shahraj saw the needs of many people during the pandemic to secure loans not only to thrive but also to survive.  This was the first step to a fulfilling career in lending.

 For first time home buyers or seasoned real estate investors, the mortgage process can be an adventure with many “ah ha” moments and “oh no” moments. I, known to my clients simply as Shah, have helped them navigate the process and get the deal done.  From, a simple preapproval all the way until closing day, I act as a guide to the borrower.  Always available via email or phone and ready to address any questions that may arise and remedy any complication.  I understand the nuances of the mortgage process and if my knowledge is limited on a subject, I can always direct the borrower to the right source or referral partner.
