Once you find a property you love, it’s time to make an offer to the seller. If the offer is accepted, you’re ready for the next step.
You will submit a formal loan application and provide detailed information about the property and your finances.
A processor will verify your credit, employment, and assets, and then submit all documents to Underwriting to determine if the loan is approved. A home appraisal will then be ordered.
Once the loan is approved, you will receive a commitment letter outlining the terms of the loan.
This is the final step! You will sign all necessary paperwork, pay closing costs, receive the keys, and move in!
