As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA) and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) my goal is to help people understand how to use mortgage debt to build sustainable, lifelong wealth for them and their families. To do that, I specialize in residential as well as commercial lending with particular emphasis in Non-QM loans and Reverse Mortgages. Non-QM loans pertain to borrowers who cannot be approved through conventional means of qualification like tax returns and income verification channels and Reverse Mortgages can be an excellent tool into homeowners’ hands – aged 62 and over – to improve their cash flow needs for the rest of their lives.
